CPU model is AMD 7600X. Cooler brand NH-d15. Motherboard ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming. RAM setup 2x16 G.Skill TridentZ. GPU is Aorus RTX 3080 with 10GB memory. M.2 slot uses Samsung 970 Evo Plus. Power supply Seasonic Focus GX-1000. Enclosure Fractal Torrent Compact. This is my initial attempt at assembling a system, yet I feel confident I've verified all components. When powering on, the board lights progress through CPU, DRAM, and VGA indicators. After some time it shifts to DRAM briefly before returning to CPU and staying on VGA for extended periods. Throughout this cycle no output appears on the screen, and I've experimented with various cables—switching between DisplayPort and HDMI. I removed the graphics card and attempted to run with integrated graphics, encountering the same problem. I've reinserted the CPU carefully, checking for bent pins, dust, or dirty contacts. I've also tested different RAM configurations: single stick versus dual sticks in various setups, using the recommended slots. I'm uncertain about the root cause, assuming only a faulty part is involved. If anyone has suggestions or insights, it would be helpful since I don't have another machine for independent testing. Please let me know if you need further details. IMG_3026.mov

Check if the cable is connected to the GPU, not the motherboard.

It's currently on the motherboard, but I've tested HDMI and DisplayPort via the graphics card, achieving the same outcome. Running through the motherboard without the graphics card in the system also worked. For troubleshooting purposes, it has been relocated to the graphics card.
