Not sure if this is against the CoC, but I'd like to share this with all ya'll Canadian students like me who cannot afford Office. I use other ways to obtain it free; however, I'd like the "real" thing. This is a legitimate petition from Microsoft. https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/web/i-wa...gible.aspx

It's also worth mentioning LibreOffice as an alternative.

That's right, but it doesn't sound very pleasant. I think I'll go ahead and download it now...

I still have the office on a CD with a key... I just need a method to retrieve the key for my GS70.

There exists a method to enable and set up legally without requiring a CD.

I believe there is a software type similar to Dreamspark but for office, the university would usually pay for it for the students to use.

In my view, it's superior. I use Microsoft Office and favor LibreOffice significantly more.

I also like it, I haven’t used Microsoft Office much lately.
