Can you upgrade your GPU and/or CPU?
Sorry for the rushed writing here. I have an AMD FX-6300 Black Edition with OC capabilities up to 5ghz, Nvidia Gtx 1070 Founders edition, 3 case fans, and the stock CPU fan included. I'm checking if it's safe to overclock the GPU or CPU. (I plan to get a new CPU fan soon but want to confirm first)
For the mobile I own a MSI 970 gaming and for the PSU it's a Corsair CX600M. Your motherboard can handle overclocking and the power supply should suffice. Overclocking is possible, but the built-in cooler won't be sufficient. You'll need to purchase an aftermarket CPU cooler; I suggest this one:
CPU Cooler:
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
($24.89 @ OutletPC)
Total:
$24.89
Prices cover shipping, taxes, and any available discounts

Keep in mind to stay under 4.2ghz.
Most GPUs come with their own overclocking tools, and generally it's fine as long as you're careful. When it comes to the processor, it depends. The motherboard must support overclocking, and proper cooling is essential. Also, the power supply is really important.
