Can you please tell me if this ram kit is Samsung bdie or not?
This Corsair kit appears to be Samsung Bdie according to its price and specifications. The analysis suggests it matches that category based on frequency and cost. While some claim higher frequencies indicate Samsung Bdie, recent examples show 4,000MHz units aren’t necessarily Bdie like the Tomahawk. I haven’t received a response from Corsair yet.
A verified B-Die unit of 16GB 4400MHz CL19 is available for $134. Link: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/vVVD4D/...416g440c9k
These settings (especially for a 4000 kit) are extremely rare, but you're right to be cautious. You usually rely on the built-in tools. https://benzhaomin.github.io/bdiefinder/
That not Samsung B-die level of potent stuff. tRCD and tRP are way too loose to be B-die for this frequency. Price fluctuations (especially in the pandemic) makes this an extremely poor way of judging things Highest frequency kits are actually Micron Rev.E now. Samsung B-die are known for tight timings at high frequency, not highest frequency.
Avoid giving up. The schedule should be 19-19-19 or more precise.

Thanks! I'll search for 19-19-19 and lower, even though the finder link mentioned some older models like 19-20’s, 20-20’s, and 40’s, which appeared as Samsung Bidies.
