Hey, I'm dealing with problems with both my Amazon Luna Controller and my Xbox One Controller using Bluetooth. The controllers often disconnect unexpectedly, even when the batteries are full, and this causes a sharp drop in FPS from 60+ to just 1-5. I've tried replacing the batteries and updating the drivers, but it still happens with games like Master Chief Collection, Ninja Storm 4, and Jump Force.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide your complete system details. Here’s the format:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
How do you have 24GB of RAM on your platform? 3x8GB sticks? 1x8GB + 1x16GB? If so, why? Following that, what BIOS version are you using at the moment? Assuming you're on Windows 10, which version of Windows 10 are you running? Are you connected to a standalone Bluetooth adapter or one that comes with your WiFi on the motherboard?
