Hello everyone, i'm attempting to play games on my PC from the living room using a 15mt HDMI cable connected to the TV. The problem now is with the controller: when I connect it to the PC and go into the living room, the PC loses the signal. To fix this, I used Parsec on my smartphone so the PC can read input from it, but I don't really like that solution. Anyone has an idea on how to use the Xbox One controller in the living room? I was searching for an app on the smartphone that acts as a receiver to send input to the PC. There are many apps that turn the phone into a mouse or keyboard, but using the controller can cause some buttons to close the app. Thank you.

I believe you don't have to use the phone. If your Xbox One wireless controller isn't included with a wireless adapter, you can purchase one separately. With a contemporary TV, there might be a USB port available for connection.
Looking it up usually reveals official Microsoft brand wireless adapters sold in bulk packaging (not retail boxes), compatible with the Xbox One and later models, offering better performance.

I possess the wireless adapter, but the controller lost the signal in the room where the TV is located. I cannot link the controller to the TV since it must be connected to the PC, not the TV.

The latest adapters feature Blue Tooth technology, capable of transmitting signals up to 190'. Have you experimented with connecting an adapter between your TV and PC? It's unclear if these adapters can relay a signal from one device to another, but using one in both the PC and TV might be a solution. I also wonder how far away you are from your PC—could it be that you live in a very large house?

Ahaha Nono isn't a big mansion. It's not that far, but maybe the wall is blocking the signal?
