This could be a chance to test it yourself. Purchase it and you'll likely find it works well, though it may not always be fun. On the site, use Ctrl+F to search for "n450" to check its performance metrics, and note that the GMA 3150 iGpu shows this information.

It seems the program likely needs at least 512MB of memory, which is challenging with a 10-year-old Celeron processor.

Based on the system specifications, yes. When using WINE, you’ll have ample resources to play the game smoothly alongside the Windows emulator. The main issues were CPU and RAM—both exceed what Rockstar recommends. Your CPU offers roughly two-thirds of the required speed for OS and overhead, and your RAM is significantly more than suggested. The game only uses 384 MB, while you’re running 2 GB, which is acceptable with some overhead from the emulation. I’d recommend proceeding; performance should be manageable once it’s up and running.

I tested the SA on a Pentium 4 with 384 MB of RAM—it functioned, though the gameplay wasn’t very fun. Your setup might be able to handle it better.
