You can move your Service Pack 1 from the old backup drive to the new one. Look for the folder containing the Service Pack and copy it over to your new hard drive. Since you need to install it quickly, consider your slow internet connection and the download issues with Chrome; try downloading in a stable environment or use a wired connection if possible.

You have the real installer file, then yes. For drivers, it's similar—they're added straight into the system and aren't stored in one place.
