unfortunately, you won't be able to proceed without these components. You'll require an unlocked processor such as an i5 6600k or 7600k, and a motherboard with a (K) at the end—anything with a (Z) or (X) will allow overclocking. Both are necessary.

I don't think the first-gen i3s can run at such high speeds, like 4.5Ghz, though I have no idea if a HP board would support it.
