Hi, a while back I upgraded my old setup for my kids to play games on. I installed an Rx 580, new RAM, a new PSU, and a cooler. They stopped using it, so I was considering a bigger upgrade to enable smoother gameplay like Apex Legends and Warzone, which currently only hit 30-40 FPS.
I was thinking about adding an i7 3770K or a budget Xeon CPU, plus 16GB of DDR3 if needed. I also have a 1TB WD Blue drive that will fit in it. Any advice would be great.

You might consider using the i7-3770(non-K) as it won't support overclocking the processor. You'll also be unable to boost the RAM beyond DDR3-1600MHz. Think about installing an SSD for your operating system and a separate one for your game library, keeping the HDD for storage. The Thermaltake PSUY isn't very dependable, so it's best avoided. Your case generates a lot of heat because the front fascia blocks airflow.

I mainly play games such as Warframe, Warzone, Apex Legends, and Titanfall. They are currently running on my system but not performing very well.
I ordered an i7 3770, a HyperX Fury, a 128GB Samsung PM871b for the operating system, and some Artic MX4 all under £60.
After ordering the parts, I rechecked the manual and noticed it supports up to DDR3-2200 (O.C.).

Take care of yourself by installing things one at a time. Make sure the system checks everything is working before moving on to the next upgrade. If something goes wrong, it should be easier to fix.
