Hi,
If you're familiar with combining these two sections, would you suggest boosting the CPU to 4.5Ghz at least? The target is 5.0Ghz.

5GHz might be a challenge for that chip, especially not on the H411R unless you get lucky with the silicon. The H411R should handle some moderate to light OC, up to around 4.5GHz.

It should manage 4.5, so I suggest using a superior thermal paste such as Arctic Silver 5 or Thermal Grizzly KryoOne. You could reach up to 5 GHz, but I might advise a more effective cooler for that.
