Would you like suggestions for a comparable CPU cooler?

You can customize the 1600 with the stock cooler. It won't set any record-breaking changes, but it's still possible. The Shadow Rock 2 is an option too—just ensure you have an AM4 bracket. New items might ship with one already, but older ones require ordering from be quiet!

What does the rest of your system look like? What kind of upgrade are you aiming for?

I was considering this for the remainder of the build. Someone mentioned I don’t need a cooler and the spire should suffice. It’s my first time overclocking, so I’m just looking for some information and opinions before making final decisions. Appreciate your response.

The spire is fine, the SR2 is a bit more challenging. The NH-L12 seems to match the SR2 in performance.
The build appears sturdy enough, though it's unclear what the GT710 is doing inside. Unless it's just a placeholder, it might already be present, even at 30GBP, which could be a waste of money.
The DDR4 setup is somewhat slow, while the Ryzen gets better with faster options.
For the price, this model should surpass all tasks:
