You can safely increase the overclock by around 30 MHz without seeing any issues.

Every graphics card has its own way of overclocking. Even identical model numbers can vary in their approach. OC stands for factory overclocked. For testing purposes, I suggest using MSI Afterburner. As a benchmark tool, Heaven benchmark is recommended. Running it from 30 MHz to the core clock should be reliable.
