There is just a minimal overclock possible through the BUS speed, which influences RAM speeds. This kind of adjustment is extremely limited—such as the highest FSB overclocks I've seen on Intel CPUs are around 5%, essentially a 100mhz boost. It's not worth the effort or risk involved.
