Hello, I’m starting my first PC build and I’m just beginning. I wanted to check if the parts I plan to buy will work together.
Estimated purchase time: within two weeks.

As it stands you're looking to by another system after the PSU nukes what you've listed above. I also wouldn't put a Ryzen 5000series X3D processor on a motherboard that lacks a proper VRM design. PSU isn't the spot to save money on. Because it supplies power to everything, it's the key part inside the PC. You can save on other parts except the PSU. Choose a reliable PSU instead. For example: Seasonic Focus/Vertex/PRIME, Corsair RMx/RMi/HXi/AXi, Super Flower Leadex Gold/Platinum/Titanium. Your CPU doesn't require expensive ARGB AIO fans to cool it. A standard mid-tower air cooler works well. Arctic Freezer 34 or Freezer 36 are good options. The Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE is also affordable and offers great value.

That's mediocre quality PSU, which is much better than the Litepower you were eyeing 1st. Though, interesting fact about modern MSI PSUs: they don't have a warranty. I don't know local laws. In that regard, MSI is the ONLY PSU brand that fiddles with warranty. ALL other PSU brands/OEMs clearly state on PSU's official specs page on how long the warranty is. And you get that warranty regardless where you live. Would a B650i with a 7800x3D fit within the budget? My thought is that sticking with the AM4 platform, while still possible, offers no upgrade options. Personally, it seems like a waste of money moving forward, especially compared to AM5 DDR5 and beyond, from 7800x3D up to Zen 6 on the same platform!
