Can I get the top overclocking configurations for the Radeon HD7950 3GB using MSI afterburner, including all the details?
Test it yourself.
Install MSI Afterburner and Unigine Valley (or heaven).
Launch Unigine on ultra.
Raise your power limit to 450+ PSU, boost your core clock by 25 at a time during UNIGINE benchmarking until you see artifacts like strange lines or colors, or the driver crashes. Adjust gradually in increments of 10 from your last setting. For example: +25, then +50, etc., up to +100.
Repeat the same process for Memory.
Save your profile afterward.
Avoid applying overclocking at startup.
Settings should work fine on default. Usually set to 100% after reaching 80°C in the fan settings.
Maintain temperatures below 85°C; avoid exceeding or staying close to that level.
Each card is unique. You'll need to increase your clock speeds and perform stress tests with software such as kombustor at each stage. Even with the same chipset, a single overclock may not function on another.

Every card is different. You'll have to bump your clock speeds and run stress tests using a program like kombustor at every step. Even if it's the same chipset, one cards overclock might not work on another
never mind ambient temp, cooling, stability of the PSU etc.
There is no short cut, learn to OC, do it in steps.
You need to verify it yourself.

It should function well with default settings. Usually, set it to 100% after reaching 80°C in the settings fan control.
Maintain temperatures below 85°C; if you exceed or hover near it, add a fan near your GPU case.
Also, note that your GPU is fairly old—changing the thermal paste might help.
