My PC uses an RTX 2070 GPU with HDMI output to my A/V Receiver as the primary device. I also connect the optical port on the motherboard to a MiniDisc recorder via an optical cable. I want to be able to send audio from both the HDMI and Optical connections at the same time, so I can listen to a playlist through the receiver and record it to the MiniDisc. From what I understand, Windows doesn’t support this feature unless the sound card has a Stereo Mix option, which I don’t have. I’ve tried using VB cables without success. Anyone know if there’s any software that could help with this?
