I recently purchased this processor and am considering boosting its performance. I'm unsure if the built-in cooler is sufficient or if I can even attempt overclocking with my current configuration. Additionally, I own an AMD Sapphire RX 570 Nitro from a different generation, which is larger and features a copper plate for thermal paste application. My system specs are: Asrock fm2a68m-dg3+, 600w, 80+ bronze, quiet operation.

Stock coolers are never suitable for overclocking, that's the rule.
