I really want to start streaming, but with the current PC I own, it’s not feasible. I was thinking about using it just as a streaming setup and getting a second PC for gaming. Can those two work together? Will they cover my needs?

the two systems won't cause any performance issues, so if you already have them installed, consider going for a dual system setup if you're really focused on quality.

Yeah, I've got the 8320 running for streaming, but it's possible to switch sides too. It really comes down to what performance you're after and the games you enjoy.
