You might simply set up an E8500 with a 3.16GHz processor and two cores.
Alternatively, consider using the E7300 at 3.33 GHz or opt for the E7400 at 3.5GHz, or the E7500 at 3.66GHz.

From what I understand, you should be able to enter the BIOS and increase the FSB multiplier until it reaches a temperature that becomes too high under load. This isn't an extreme overclock for a dual-core processor, but I'm not sure how effective the cooler is.
