I've been experiencing this persistent lagging problem for quite some time. It started around MW2019, but since I limited my FPS to 144 it's improved significantly. Now, in MW2 it's extremely frustrating—almost every game causes me to face this issue. I'm currently at 1000 down and 200 up, and I'm hardwired. I considered it might be a cooling problem, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Any advice or assistance with this difficult situation would be greatly appreciated. I’ve observed that MW2 sometimes stutters, while my system remains stable in other titles—this may indicate an update is needed for better performance. It’s not as severe as what was shown in your video.
Does the installation use a HDD or SSD?
Well, it's not just about that game, actually anything really tough seems to cause this problem. For instance, I can play Valorant without any issues and the game is on my SSD—it doesn’t matter where it’s installed, it still works. But I’m hoping this helps again; I’m really frustrated and might have to sell my PC if this isn’t fixed.
