Everything is available right now, but I couldn't locate Wattman in the adrenaline control panel. My CPU performance stays under 4.6 without freezing. Please guide me through the steps, thanks.

4.6 is actually very impressive for a 1600. But there is more to stability then just getting to Windows. What are you using to test the CPU?

You're already 30% above the stock price, what else are you after? As mentioned before, just because it starts up doesn't guarantee stability. And why would you want to increase your CPU usage by more than 30% compared to its current speed?

It's quite remarkable how 4.6ghz performs on an R5 1600!

For the GPU you might upgrade the BIOS to a 64 if you aim for top performance. Alternatively, you can simply lower its clock speed while using higher frequencies.
Here’s mine—I could run it faster but this setup is the most reliable for me. I think updating the firmware boosts performance by about 5-10% (OC’d), though it uses more power. The Samsung VRAM can also reach around 910 MHz without a flash.
Just be sure to stress test it with Heaven or something.

It seems like that's the case... but since they haven't checked for stability, it might not be reliable.

Thank you for your message. I really wanted to reach a 4.8 rating when I bought it new, and I've tried everything. Recently, I decided to go used—pulling the trigger on an R5 3600X without a box or cooler. It came with a price of $180. I'll share my thoughts once I install it. Also, I read that flashing a Vega to 64 might harm the HDMI port I'm using. Is that accurate? And regarding getting to Wattman from this newer Adrenaline control center, I'm not very familiar with it since I upgraded from an NVIDIA card.

Unfortunately, the era of Fx style Oc clocks has passed with the introduction of the new platform.

I installed it and improved from 8k to 11k in the superposition benchmark, making it run much smoother. Thanks again.
