I'm looking into whether it's possible to increase the clock speed of the hz for this Asus PB277Q monitor.

Probably, you can overclock any monitor or at least try to. If you have an nvidia gpu you would do it in the nvidia control panel under custom resolution. No guarantee your monitor will overclock very far if at all, I wouldn't expect it to overclock more than 5 or 10hzl. Overclocking monitors can also do weird things like screw up colors or increase response times so look out for that. And by overclocking you will increase the heat the monitor puts out, so if the monitor cant dissipate that extra heat you could impact the lifespan of the monitor.
