The corsair models show a latency of 14, whereas the Kingston version has a latency of 15 (the lower is preferable), though the distinction is negligible—just choose the one that suits you best.

There should be no significant variation between these two RAM options. In certain tests, Corsair might achieve slightly better results, yet it won't be a noticeable gap. I'd choose the more affordable one.
