On this CPU cooler for an MSI X470 Gaming Plus, could you attempt to boost the R5 2600 to 4.1GHz or above using 3.8-4v? Please let me know!

I have my R5 1600x operating at 4.0ghz with 1.35 volts, and it performs well under load testing. I believe you can achieve 2600 to 4.1 under a slightly higher voltage if it's liquid cooled—possibly around 1.384 cpu voltage. Be sure to tweak your load/line factors in the BIOS or AI suite accordingly.
