Hi, with a 6800k and a h115i you should be able to reach a stable 4ghz overclock without needing a custom water loop.

Can you manage 4 GHz on air easily? Thanks for the reply! Based on what I've learned, AIO water coolers perform similarly to top air coolers, so what’s the maximum overclock you could realistically achieve with a H115I? Thanks!

It would depend on the specific CPU you receive. The H115i performs well at around 280, and it should work fine up to the maximum supported by the processor, whether you get a problematic 6800K that struggles with overclocking or a more reliable silicon variant. Each CPU within a model can vary slightly, as shown in Asus's testing of 4770Ks, which yielded some intriguing outcomes.

The choice depends on the specific CPU model you receive. The H115i performs well at around 280 and should handle higher-end CPUs as well, whether they're problematic or standard. Each CPU within a model varies slightly, for example Asus tested 4770Ks and found interesting outcomes.
Thanks!
Regarding liquid cooling, the Enthuo Luxe fits a 420 mm radiator (140 tri), but you won't be able to buy a custom loop.

The H115i works well, the Swiftech 240 is another option, and the Lepa EXllusion 240 is another (currently testing one on my Z170).
