Hi guys, I've set up a new rig using a Ryzen 5 1400, MSI X370 Sli Plus, and unfortunately ended up with two 8GB Corsair Value Select DDR4 2133MHz modules. I'm planning to start overclocking, but I'm wondering if my assumption about the RAM speed staying at 2133MHz is correct?

The producer failed to achieve a consistent test for that RAM at a faster rate. Had they succeeded, they would have labeled it accordingly and charged a higher price. Given Ryzen's current standards, it's unlikely you'll receive significant overclocking.
