I have $20 USD to spend on a CPU cooler for my Intel i3 7100 Kaby Lake laptop. I’m looking for the Arctic Freezer 11 LP and am concerned about space. I don’t trust PCPartPicker and have an ASUS Strix RX470 ROG edition GPU. Will it fit? Also, I have two AVAXIR RAM sticks that are almost touching my Intel heatink. If not, what recommendations do you have? Please help.

It's almost the same size as original equipment manufacturers' coolers, so issues shouldn't arise.
