I noticed two screws at the top, two at the bottom were empty. The two above the GPU are hidden—I’m not sure how to take them off.

There are a few screws involved. Your motherboard should stay put, so you don’t have to strain yourself too much when connecting devices.

I kept my movements gentle. The case stayed still, at least that's what I thought. And by the way, are those screw holes empty, or are there screws present?

You're probably joking, but your shots aren't great, honestly. I've had a couple of missing standoffs in my setup—probably because I wasn't as skilled back then. Maybe I'll swap them out someday. Have you noticed any changes to the cover over your motherboard USB ports?

The microphone port cover appears correct, though I’m not an expert on this. It looks good to me.
