I want to express my appreciation to everyone who assisted me in installing Windows 7 on the Dell T-5820 machine. It is brand new but has been unused for three years because I couldn’t install it myself. A few of you suggested I contact a local vendor due to the complexity of finding the right drivers. I discovered a shop that carries a Dell T-7820 workstation from the same year and has the configuration I need. However, I’m seeking your expert advice on whether they can locate the necessary drivers for the graphics cards I plan to use, which will support running eight monitors.
Here are the specifications he provided:
Dell Precision 7820 Tower Workstation
2 x Intel Xeon Gold 6138 Processors
64GB DDR4 Memory
Nvidia Quadro P2000 GPU
New 500Gb SSD
4TB SATA 7.2k RPM HDD
He plans to ship the machine pre-installed with Windows 7, but I’ll need to install two NVIDIA T-1000 GPUs for the eight-monitor setup. The main challenge is finding drivers for these graphics cards on Windows 7. I don’t have any drivers available yet—I’m unsure where to look.
I already have a Windows 7 SSD with all updates installed. Could he install that? Would I be able to run Office 2016? Macrium Reflect Free V.8? Adobe Acrobat Pro V.XI? What other issues might arise?
He mentioned he’ll allow me to operate the machine before shipping, so I should double-check everything before making a purchase. Thank you all for your help!
Yes, but it would require many temporary solutions that would waste time and effort without any real benefit. I had to revert to Windows 7 when Microsoft was planning to discontinue it, mainly because my client couldn't afford to run the software on Windows 10—clearly a poor choice since they wanted a high-end system but lacked the funds. Finding compatible drivers was especially frustrating, as the platform didn’t support Windows 7 properly. Also, other users have shared similar experiences on this thread.
I also enjoyed Win7. Unless you possess the patience of a million butterfly sneezes, the effort to get the OS running in 2025 seems pointless. The mainstream Windows 7 EOL ended in 2015 with an extended end date of 2020. Perhaps open a PC museum.

I value your perspective and mentioned it clearly in the start of my previous discussion.
I encountered numerous issues (and many more around the globe) with Windows 10 and 11.
The biggest challenge was the "Tiny Fonts" setting—standing in front of a 24-inch monitor with 12 screens, I needed to be at least six feet away, and I couldn't read anything properly on Windows 11.
I did my best to research and ask others, but no one had a solution.
Then I searched online and found that the Dell 7820 Workstation supports Windows 7.
