I own a Ryzen 5600G and had to buy a second-hand used motherboard due to budget constraints. It appears to be an Asus Rog OEM motherboard (b550 variant). Surprisingly, many ports were removed, including HDMI and other video connections. At the moment, I don’t have an external GPU and can’t run my PC. I tried using a USB to Female HDMI connection, but it lit up without sending any signal to my system. Could I possibly run my PC with an IGPU adapter in this situation?

Without video ports, the integrated GPU has nothing to transmit signals through. It's likely the USB-C port functions as a DisplayPort; you'd need the correct cable for that (not HDMI). You can find more info here: https://www.amazon.com/usb-c-displayport...isplayport

To clarify, there isn't a type C slot on the motherboard, yet I attempted to use the adapter mentioned below.
When my PC would post or fail to post, I usually experience an infinite spin issue. The PC without an external GPU seems to work properly, though I can't send the video signal from the IGPU.
My motherboard appears in dxdiag as G15DK, suggesting it's a prebuilt model, but some sources list it as B550, so I'm assuming it's a B550 variant.

It's hard to believe they would design a faulty motherboard for such a low cost (except to cut expenses). Still, a dedicated GPU is essential here—integrating one into the CPU won't work in this configuration.
These run through software using a virtual GPU, similar to a Winmodem. To function, you must install the necessary drivers. You might use an actual GPU to create a USB emulated one. If your motherboard supports headless booting, it could work once inside Windows. However, you wouldn't be able to view the BIOS, and performance would be inferior to the cheapest used discrete GPU.
