I previously used an older Brother printer and followed an online guide to use toner bottles bought on Amazon for its TN-420 cartridge. Now I own a Brother HL-L2320D that requires refilling, but opening and filling the cartridge appears difficult. Do you know if it's possible? If yes, could you share a YouTube link or tutorial on how to do it?

There seems to be a possibility, though it’s not ideal. It’s worth noting that replacement cartridges can be costly, and toner "refills" might seem like a cheaper alternative. However, keep in mind that self-refilling isn’t something printer makers want you to do.

Refilling yourself could also lead to warranty issues with the printer. Manufacturers typically discourage this practice.

Ink and toner costs are where most of their revenue comes from. Third-party toner products often bring various complications. Using these or trying refills may likely break any printer warranties.

Bottom line: avoid refills—focus on limiting printing to save toner.
