you can use regular case fans to replace radiator fans, but it may not be ideal.

to maintain comparable or improved temperatures you’d need to confirm the new part provided equal or enhanced pressure/airflow.
using inexpensive stock case fans won’t achieve this and could become much noisier.
as USAFret points out, why?
