You should be able to keep a high number of FPS with your current setup. The GTX 1660 Ti supports up to 16GB of RAM and 17,670 MHz clock speed, which is well within the capabilities for high settings.

Your PC can manage any adjustments. Expect roughly 30-50 frames per second on medium to high settings, and you might hit 60 if you tweak things down. It seems the game isn't demanding much performance. 30-50 fps is more than enough and likely what most players experience because of its optimization.
In fact, the graphics focus on a plane moving through the air—extra frames probably won’t make a noticeable difference.
