Perhaps? your CPU doesn't satisfy the minimum suggested i5 2500K, but it's quite close. Since the game is very demanding on the CPU, lowering graphics settings won't necessarily boost performance.

Pick up a 2600k for around $50 used and then you can. Depending on your board, you might need to make some changes.

No, but you might reach around 18-31 fps in 720p. However, you'll likely face stuttering with just 8GB RAM and your CPU will be under heavy load, leading to significant heat generation. This issue is especially noticeable in urban areas and high-demand sections of the game. The game isn't well optimized for its current version, and people are already experiencing stuttering with more RAM and on powerful systems. Updates and patches should address these problems.

Is the game running on your PC? Yes, though the experience isn’t perfect at the moment. Upgrading your system would be necessary for smoother performance with 2019-2020 PC titles. The i5-2400 struggles significantly in newer games at 1080p.

The positive aspect is that RDR2 can run on PC, and it's now known to be a GPU-intensive title—especially outside the city where there are fewer NPCs and assets. So your 1650 processor will see only a minor improvement compared to an 1050 Ti, but it won’t be much of a difference.

Keep watching the video for more details about the game’s current performance...

Watch the full two hours to expand your understanding. You’ll notice the CPU usage spikes sharply once entering the city. The i5-2400 won’t handle it well there.

My R7 2700X with eight cores is experiencing 50% utilization there. Anything under six cores will struggle to run this game.

I am unable to complete the transaction using a debit card. When that feature becomes available, please let me know.

Have you considered trying this...
GMG RDR2
You also receive 8% off using code NOV8.
It could be beneficial to wait about a week for the price to decrease further and for the game to be more optimized/patched.
