Hello everyone, I recently purchased a second-hand cooler master 850w silent pro. When I connected it to my testbench, the fan was quite loud. Not a jet, but definitely noticeable. Is there any method to reduce the fan speed through software without modifying the power supply or replacing it with something like a Noctua fan? This is because I’m not sure how to open up the PSU safely. Thank you in advance for your help!

No software and I'd advise not to play around with it unless you know what you are doing.
It is an old psu i think, searches point back to around 2009, info is difficult to find, mainly reddit posts and other consumer related discussions. If so, buying something that old wasn't wise really sorry to say.

Sure, I'll do my best to sell it at a low price. Have a great day!
