It would feel better if Microsoft stopped changing things like this so everything worked smoothly. Even better, they should keep taking control commands instead of making it hard. You don't need to search through twenty menus just to find something. Generally, that tab is part of the settings for your ethernet controller itself. Before, you could see the properties and then use a config option right there.
