Can I enjoy GTA V, BF4, Dark Souls 3, Watch Dogs 2 and still play at the lowest settings? My system specs are a G3250, 8GB RAM and a GT 1030.

Barely,gtav faces significant issues and wd2 won't launch even on two cores (though it might run on two cores). F4 campaign should work, but multiplayer depends on settings and player count, likely resulting in very low FPS. The CPU performance is also quite weak for the 1030.
