The latest AMD drivers may not work well with older GPUs like the R7 360 due to a focus on newer graphics cards and operating systems. Older drivers also lack support for current games or OS updates. It’s curious why an old GPU is still in use with outdated drivers. To troubleshoot, create benchmark tests comparing performance with current drivers and drivers without the GPU enabled, then compare notes. The user has spent significant time working with AMD GPUs, noting that newer Nvidia drivers often perform better on older hardware. A Windows 10 build 1903 may be causing audio/video issues, potentially impacting performance. Seeking assistance from AMD forums, particularly those using similar old GPUs and the 1903 build, is recommended. Installing AMD drivers can be finicky; a clean uninstall with a tool like Driver Sweeper (version 3.2.0) is advised to ensure complete removal of previous driver files.

Get rid of the 360 card, see if system can run on new drivers then. As far as what a not-released and tested game can run on, you will need to contact the game developer support and see if they have any info.
