I aim to boost my i7 7700k's performance. I have this cooler: Thermaltake WATER 3.0 Dual Riing RGB High Static Pressure Fans 240 AIO Water Cooling System CPU Cooler CL-W107-PL12SW-A.
If I can find out how much overclocking is possible for it, especially since the CPU runs at 4.2 GHz.

You want to increase the clock speed of your i7 7700k. You have a cooler from Thermaltake and some information about its specifications. If you're able to, what are the limits for overclocking? Also, note that the current speed is 4.2 GHz.
