Hello, with your Asrock H61M-DGS R2.0 and i5 2500k you're facing issues setting the multiplier during overclocking. It seems the system won't allow values above 37. Can you confirm if you can still perform an OC despite this limitation?

You shouldn't be able to overclock this motherboard. H61 chipsets usually don't support OC, it's not just about your model. I have the same CPU and a different chipset, B75 Express, especially the Gigabyte B75-D3V 1.0. Of course, I can't overclock it. Ensure Turbo is active and working correctly. It can boost up to 1 core to 3.7GHZ under certain conditions, but only if one core is under load; when all cores are stressed, it caps at 3.4GHZ per core. Sorry, you'll need a better motherboard for OC.

You'd benefit from a Z68, Z75 or Z77 board if you're looking to boost performance.
If you have an ASRock Z75 Pro 3, it's unlikely they carry them anymore. You also possess the i5-2500k. Previously, with just 4GB RAM, you could clock it up to 4.6GHz. Now, using 12GB of mixed memory, you achieve around 4.0GHz.
