GCN 1st gen 384:24:8 with dual-core CPU and 4 threads. Similar to the first-gen i5, they need at least that configuration.
Located a video featuring the Radeon M330 GCN 1st gen 320:20:8.
At 1024x768 resolution, it handled around 50 FPS. They had a significantly faster CPU.
Another clip shows an A6 APU with R4-level graphics and 720p low settings, achieving at least 30 FPS.

Depends on your definition of playability. It won't look great or be highly competitive, but it should run.

Perhaps it runs a bit slower than the required standards for Rainbow Six Siege.
