Can I increase the speed of my RAM?

I'm experiencing FPS drops in some games, and many people think it's due to my memory speed for the Ryzen CPU being too slow. I want to know if it's safe to overclock my system before purchasing new RAM sticks.
My setup includes:
- RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 2x4GB DDR4 2400MHz CL15 kit
- Motherboard: ASUS Prime B450M-A
- CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G
- GPU: Sapphire RX570 Pulse ITX 4GB
- PSU: Crosair 450W 80+ White VS450
Ensure you follow the instructions in the BIOS of your motherboard to overclock your RAM. Also, understand how to reset your BIOS if the overclock becomes unstable and you need to revert to default settings. Remember, the maximum safe voltage for DDR4 RAM is 1.5v. Exceeding this could harm both your RAM and motherboard.
