I own an MSI H110I PRO AC motherboard with CORSAIR Vengeance rgb Pro 16GB 3200mhz RAM. On the specifications page for the board, it states that DDR4 memory can reach 2133 MHz. Does this indicate I can overclock my RAM? How would that process work? I’m new to this and just want to maximize my RAM performance.

No, it doesn't work with the H110 motherboard. It should function with the 2133.
