I’m really careful with my budget, but I’m not sure if I can improve it further. This is what I received for 1600 euros. What I mean by better is either improved performance or simply a similar price, although adding another 500 euros would make it even better.

Reviews of that cooler aren't too complimentary; not much info out there about it. I'd be skeptical on a 13700KF; might squeak by.
What specific motherboard? I don't think Intel makes any.
I might step down to 13600K or 13500 or 13400 if necessary and use the saved money on some other component....cooler? avoid HDD entirely?
What case???
What specific SSD?
Don't know anything about that Chieftec PSU. Not commonly seen. What model name and number?

Motherboard details are available online. The SSD is a Gigabyte 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe M30 model from Gigabyte. I considered skipping the HDD, but I was worried I wouldn't have enough space for another SSD. However, you're correct. The PSU link is here: https://www.chieftec.eu/products-detail/...2/GPE-700S. The power supply is completely useless; I wouldn't use it anywhere, only for a two-year warranty. That's what people assume about its quality.
Current standards are at least seven years, often ten.
There isn't enough cooling for that processor either.

It doesn't seem like a budget build for me. The specs are decent. I'd replace the HDD with a second M.2 drive.
