Hello everyone!
I want to find out if it's possible to upgrade my laptop and what the highest specifications I could achieve would be.
My current specs are:
CPU: intel i5 8300H
GPU: Nvidia 1050ti 4GB with GDDR5 dedicated VRAM
RAM: 8GB DDR4 2666mhz
Storage: 128GB SSD and 1TB HDD
Could I, for instance, get a video resolution of 1080p or higher? Also, would I need to replace the processor or make other changes? I'm not very experienced, so please let me know if upgrading is feasible.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! It might be useful to mention your laptop's SKU as Acer offers several Helios 30 models. You're likely to need to upgrade your RAM and storage, and possibly a better WiFi adapter if yours isn't up to par. Everything else is built into the motherboard.

Hey there,
Unfortunately, you're not able to modify the CPU or GP U in your laptop. Those components are permanently installed on the motherboard and can't be replaced. You can, however, upgrade the memory to a maximum of 32gbs, using two 16gb modules instead of the original 4gb units.
