Can I go back to Windows 10?
I hope you realize that after swapping the Windows you originally had, it may be difficult for customer service to assist you with issues. When they check your serial number and view the specifications, they’ll confirm your laptop came with Windows 11 pre-installed, and that’s all they can address. They won’t assist with any other operating system you might have installed, since the support scripts are tailored specifically for Windows 11 and not for Windows 10. Tech support isn’t IT experts—they act more like politicians or news readers following a script. If something isn’t on that script, they won’t be able to help. Additionally, if you attempt an RMA for warranty service later and they discover the wrong version of Windows is installed, they might refuse to service it because it has been altered. Even if they do provide service, they’re likely to restore it to its original state, which would return Windows 11, potentially affecting your device when you return it.
