Can I get a better idea of what you mean by "good enough"? Or are you asking if my answer was satisfactory to you?

I just started overclocking and is it good enough to use a Ryzen 5 1600 running at 3.7 GHz with low voltage of 1.35 volts? The temp stays around 70 C max when I run Prime95, but when I try 3.8 GHz with the same voltage, it crashes during Cinebench R15 tests. I am using Ryzen Master to do this overclocking on my specs: AB350 Fatality Gaming ITX/AC, Ryzen 5 1600, 240W power, Samsung 960 EVO SSD, 2TB WDC Blue hard drive, Intel 1060 graphics card with 6GB VRAM, Seasonic GX 550PSU.
I guess you're using that stock cooler, which is fine. You don't say your RAM or how fast and precise your processor is set. Usually, getting those settings right will make a big jump in performance compared to just relying on the default turbo speed of your CPU.
Why bother changing things if your Ryzen 5 1600 already runs at a normal speed of 3.6 GHz? Why fight for just 100MHz or 200MHz when the chip can do better naturally? If it's a model with A, then even without special settings, one core can reach up to 3.7GHz on its own.
