just like the title indicates... also regarding the settings, I haven't ever overclocked a GPU before. The GPU is currently running at 1366 MHz memory, 3504 MHz MVI, and 825 MHz VRM. I'm just looking for a very minor overclock... thanks in advance.

ssc cards have been overclocked, meaning they run faster than standard versions. Typical clock speeds are 1290 MHz, but boosted to 1392 MHz. Manufacturers believed these speeds were safe for normal use.
