you cannot increase the clock speed of an i5 2400 since it lacks the k suffix. No software exists to enable this. Some intel skylake (6000 series) processors could be overclocked on compatible motherboards.

before skylake you had the option to boost any cpu beyond 103mhz without a black screen once it surpassed that speed, simply switch the clock mode (base clock) into overclocking. for overclocking haswell, you can enhance the igpu using xtu. download intel extreme tuning utility version 6.0.2.8 is available for various platforms including windows 7, windows 7 64 bit, windows 8, windows 8 64 bit, windows 10, and more. drivers.softpedia.com offers this utility.
